One clear pot, twenty years of flavor

Founded in Kaohsiung in 2003, we have focused on one thing: making broth that is clear and wholesome. Fresh vegetables and chicken bones are simmered gently and skimmed of oil each day, then finished with our house lemongrass sauce — fragrant, lightly sweet, rich yet never greasy.

For more than twenty years — from Kaohsiung and Penghu in Taiwan to Fujian in China and the United States — we have held to one promise: guaranteed safe, visibly wholesome, freshly fragrant, deliciously good. A taste the whole family can trust.
